Accessibility Statement
Bookronix wants everyone to be able to use this website and our mail-in repair service, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we aim for and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated: 1 January 2026. Contact: [email protected].
Our commitment
We aim to make this website usable by anyone, and to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. Those guidelines are the widely used international standard, and they cover how content is structured, how colour and contrast are used, how a keyboard reaches every control, and how a page behaves with a screen reader. We also keep accessibility in mind for the service itself, because a barrier after the sale, such as a form that cannot be completed or an email that assumes a screen, is just as real as a barrier on the site.
What we have done
- Every page uses semantic HTML with a language attribute, one main heading, and a logical heading order.
- Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
- The site is built with system fonts and pure CSS graphics, so it remains usable when external resources are blocked and remains fast on slow connections.
- Navigation is a plain list of links and every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus outline.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are marked so assistive technology ignores them.
- The site does not rely on animation, autoplay, audio, or timed elements that cannot be paused.
- The layout reflows to narrow screens and tolerates text zoom without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
We know of no barrier that blocks a core task, but we are honest that accessibility is ongoing work. Some pages contain dense legal prose and long tables of information, which can be demanding to navigate even when correctly marked up. Some older parts of a page may be revised on a schedule that lags the rest of the site. We also cannot control the accessibility of third-party sites we link to, such as a courier's tracking page. Where we become aware of a limitation, we fix it and note the fix in this statement.
How to report a barrier
If you meet a barrier on this site, or in the course of requesting or receiving a repair, write to [email protected]. If it would help, describe the page, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what you expected to happen. We aim to respond with a plan for a fix, and where a fix will take time, we will offer a reasonable alternative so that the underlying task, such as requesting a quote or arranging a repair, is still available to you.
Alternative ways to reach us
Nothing on this website is the only way to do business with us. If completing a form is difficult, you can reach the same result by telephone on +1 (302) 555-0117 or the support line on +1 (302) 555-0184, by email to [email protected], or by post to Bookronix LLC, 2140 Airport Rd, Suite 300, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. We will take the details over the phone or by email and open a work order on your behalf.
Standards and review
We review this statement as the site changes and at least once a year. Where a standard is referenced, it is the current published version of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where the law uses a different benchmark, such as the accessibility provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related rules, we treat them as a floor rather than a ceiling, and we aim to meet or exceed them.
Found a barrier?
Tell us what you hit and on which page. We will aim to fix it, and we will always offer another way to complete the task while we do.
