Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 US Eastern time. Messages that arrive outside those hours are read on the next working day. If you already have a work order number, put it in the subject line; it gets your message to the right record immediately.

Send a message

Use the form for questions, quote requests that are not quite ready for the pricing form, or follow-ups on an existing job. Required fields are marked. The form is here to capture your request and open our confirmation page; it does not send your details to a third party.

Do not include card numbers or passwords in this form. See the Privacy Policy for how we use the details you send.

Before you write, a quick check

Many questions are already answered on this site. If you want to know how long a repair takes, the turnaround page has the typical figures. If you want to know what a repair costs, the pricing page lists starting prices and takes quote requests directly. If you want to know how to pack a machine, the mail-in kit page covers it. And if you are wondering whether a full disk is a hardware fault at all, our article on what to do when MacBook storage is full may save you a shipment.

What to include in your message

A good message saves a round of questions. Tell us the model and, if you know it, the year. Say which country you would ship from, because the customs wording differs by lane. Describe the fault in the physical terms you can actually observe: when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, whether anything happened just before it, such as a drop, a spill or a failed update. If the machine still powers on, note what the battery menu says and whether it charges normally. If you already have a work order number, include it. Attach a photograph only if a visual fault is central, such as a cracked panel or a swollen base; please do not send personal files or account screenshots.

If your message is a warranty claim, add the return date and the repair we performed, and describe how the symptom differs from the original fault. That detail lets us compare the new report against the intake record and answer faster. If your message is about billing, include the invoice reference and the amount in question, and send it to [email protected] so it reaches the right desk first time.

Warranty and complaint route

If a repaired fault has returned within the six-month window, write to [email protected] with your work order number and a short description of what is happening. We will confirm the warranty status and the return arrangement. If you are unhappy with how a job was handled, say so plainly to the same address; unresolved matters can be escalated to [email protected]. Our governing law and dispute terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
